Our Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Premier Dental Implants & Prosthodontics, we strive to provide exceptional care and maintain an efficient schedule to serve all our patients. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy:
- Advance Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may incur a $50 fee, depending on the appointment type. We understand emergencies happen, and fees may be waived in such cases at our discretion.
- New Patient Courtesy: First-time patients receive a one-time waiver for a late cancellation or no-show as a gesture of goodwill.
- Rescheduling Made Easy: Need to change your appointment? You can reschedule conveniently through our online portal or by calling us at 813-295-7656.
To help you keep track, we send automated reminders via text or email 3-7 days and 24-48 hours before your appointment.
